Pre school inspiration
- It takes a big heart to shape little minds. Everyone knows being a teacher is not an easy task. You need to have endless patience to survive each day at a preschool. Teaching is difficult. You’re going to have rough days and you’re going to need help sometimes. For me teaching is not about answering questions but about raising questions - opening doors for them in places that they could not imagine. If the child is not learning the way you are teaching, then you must teach in the way the child learns. Some are visual learners while others are listeners. Do not force them to adapt to your approach, but adjust, based on who they are. That’s when you’ll cultivate the most intelligent ones. Do not focus on the weakness but leverage on the strengths. This will further build their confidence. The moment I entered my assigned class the atmosphere was overwhelming. The charismatic energy the kids had was so vibrant that I connected with the kids instantly. The day started with joyous laughter of the little ones. It is said that “Happiness is like honey, you cannot spread it without getting some on yourself” is true to its cone with the little angels that I met that day....
Ms Carol Bernard - Preschool relates to the time before the child is old enough to go to school. Preparing the children to go to school or making them school ready is an important step in building their confidence to step into the outside world. Inspiration gives us the enthusiasm to do something new or get new experiences. What better than inspiring our tiny tots at the perfect time to get into this race called Life! Inspiring them at this age should excite them more and scare them less. If we want our children to move mountains,we must first help them move out of their houses. As we all have heard, it takes a big heart to shape little minds. To inspire is to make someone realize about their abilities and that they believe in themselves. To start with pre-school inspiration at home, they must feel excited about going to school and the school is the safest place to be. When the children are in school, they must feel safe and homely. At school, inspiration can be found in various activities like Informal talk with the child, role play activities, circle time, free play, various team building activities and by enhancing the fine and gross motor development skills through different set ups. Life lessons can be extremely motivating if instilled at this age and hence various topics can be floated amongst the young minds which can be decoded through problem solving and sharing different ideas. To sum up, the best thing one can do to inspire preschoolers is to believe in them!...
